Taking forward your chosen design option, this stage is about preparing a co-ordinated design in preparation for your planning submission. We will liaise closely with the rest of the consultant team

This stage is intensive and involves preparing technical drawings for your planning submission and to comply with building regulations. We can then produce a tender pack of drawings for construction, and help you select an contractor for the build.

We can supervise the site progress, quality and compliance with our design documents during the construction phase. Acting as your Design Guardian, we will safeguard the original vision, design intent and strategic goals of the project.
